Fissure-Tex
The acoustic coating used for the restoration of discoloured mineral fibre suspended ceilings. It will restore the colour of both tiles and gridwork and is available in white or most colours to order. Fissure-Tex will maintain class ‘O’ fire rating when tested in accordance with B.S. 476 parts 6 and 7, maintain natural texture, improve light reflectance and allow tiles to absorb sound. Fissure-Tex avoids the hazards of painting and the high cost of suspended ceiling replacement.
Fissure-Clean
Used for the maintenance cleaning of mineral fibre suspended ceilings. Gridwork and ventilation grilles are cleaned at the same time. Fissure-Clean will not adversely affect fire rating or acoustic value. Fissure-Clean has a sanitizing effect on the surface of suspended ceilings and helps to give a brighter, healthier environment.
Spa-Coat
The coating used to restore discoloured steel, plastic faced and aluminium suspended ceilings. It is available in high sheen and low sheen finishes in white or most colours to order. Spa-Coat will maintain Class ‘O’ fire rating, improve light reflectance and maintain perforations or surface texture. Spa-Coat Low Sheen helps disguise surface irregularities, especially on older ceilings. Restoration with Spa-Coat avoids the disadvantages of painting and the high cost of suspended ceiling replacement.
Spa-Clean
Used for the maintenance cleaning of steel, plastic and aluminium suspended ceilings. In common with other Above All treatments Spa-Clean will not adversely affect fire rating or acoustic value.
